The Client: The Spa at Celebration is a full-service day spa and skin care boutique in the heart of Celebration, Florida. This serene rejuvenation center offers facials, anti-aging treatments, skin care regimens, massage therapies, body scrubs, body wraps, and nail care among other services.
The Challenge: While transitioning to new management, the Spa at Celebration underwent a large website redesign with a focus in establishing a new brand, organizing their services, and improving search engine optimization (SEO). In the previous website, boutique services were buried in confusing navigation, while the tone and imagery of the site failed to reflect the company's bright and friendly atmosphere. Furthermore, there was no online marketing effort to reach new clients or nurture the existing customer base.
The Solution: Crown Point Design started from scratch and provided a web redesign for the Spa at Celebration. In order to highlight the company’s many services, CPD designed new site navigation and accompanying content organization. The new site was then built to portray the nourishing essence and professionalism of the Spa at Celebration.
Crown Point Design also focused in improving on-page search engine optimization and integrated social media. Establishing an online presence in Google Places, Yelp, and Facebook helped provide special offers to new and existing customers alike. Additionally, the new branding was applied to email marketing campaigns that are powered by Constant Contact and managed by the Spa.
